🔧 ANOTHER BIG MACK BACK ON THE ROAD! 🔧

We had the pleasure of bringing this big Mack Super-Liner back to life after a failed liner shim brought the Cummins ISX to a grinding halt.

With coolant in the sump and polished liners, it was time to give this engine the attention it deserved. But this wasn’t just any rebuild… this was an IDS rebuild! 💪

🔩 THE IDS UPGRADE – STAINLESS STEEL LINER SHIMS

As part of the rebuild, we upgraded to our stainless steel liner shims and machined the block counterbores to achieve maximum liner protrusion.

As you can see in the photos, our stainless steel shims provide a greater contact surface area than the standard shims. They cover the counterbore ledge more effectively and fit tighter around the liner, providing a larger, more consistent seating surface between the liner, shim and engine block.

It’s all about getting the details right, improving the quality of the build and delivering a result we’re proud to put our name on.

🥊 A BIG WIN FOR CAYDEN! 🥊

A huge congratulations to our apprentice, Cayden, who stepped into the Muay Thai ring again last night and came away with yet another WIN! 🏆💪

We were lucky enough to be ringside cheering him on, and it was awesome to watch all the hard work, discipline and dedication he’s put into preparing for this fight pay off.

Turns out when Cayden swaps the work boots and grease stained clothes for gloves and fight shorts, he’s just as handy in the ring as he is in the workshop! 😂

We’re incredibly proud of you, mate. It takes a lot of guts to step into that ring, and even more commitment to put in the work behind the scenes to get there.

Well deserved, Cayden — congratulations, champion! 🏆🥊
