What happens if we find hidden damage?

Sometimes the damage you can see on the outside isn't the full story.

Once a vehicle is disassembled, our team may uncover additional damage hidden behind bumpers, guards, trims or panels.

This can include:
🔧 Broken brackets
🔧 Cracked mounts
🔧 Damaged reinforcement bars
🔧 Other hidden accident damage

If additional damage is found, we:

📸 Take photos
📝 Prepare a supplement
📧 Submit it to the insurer (or discuss it with the customer)
✅ Obtain approval before continuing

Our goal is to ensure repairs are completed correctly, safely and to the highest standard — not just what's visible from the outside.

It's another reason why repairs sometimes take longer than expected, but it's also why a thorough repair matters.
