What 60'000kms looks like on OEM Ohlins fork seals on a Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello..🤢..needless to say there wasn't much left inside the forks or cartridges & what was left was like diesel sump oil. OEM Ohlins pick up a lot of 'spring-rub' so they need frequent oil changes to keep 100%..Every 20K for road bikes & once a year for the track is a good measure. 👌🇮🇹

Getting close now.. Pierobon X80R final dry build to check fitment of components then back apart for race loom, paint & final assembly, then into the Dyno where it will suffer..🥵..This thing is going to be epic!

Hand crafted frame, subframes, tank & swingarm meet Ohlins TTX36IL rear shock & Ohlins FGRT forks, carrying Ducati 848-1198 motors.
We've assembled a few X60R's, a crazy 1199RS-powered X85R but this is next level..watch this space for progress.
