Its the First of May again and yes my Birthday. I started my journey again with Run4Blue as I do each year. I am getting over a cold, carry a few injuries but ran 10klms this morning and plan to each day. I know many have had poor experiences with the Police at times myself included, but they have to deal with everybody on their worse day every day and they will be the people who you call on your worst day for assistance. I won't be running 650klms as I have in the past, but I will surely try my best.
