Another happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2023 Road Glide ST for some more upgrades.

This time we installed;
S&S 128ci big bore kit
7.08 g/s fuel injectors
Fueling race series lifters
Redshift 548 cam & bearing
Fueling ARP rocker studs
0.640in valve springs
Fueling rocker arm shims
S&S adjustable quickee pushrods
S&S roller rocker arms
S&S rocker box breathers
S&S dual spray piston oil jets
S&S oil pump & plate
Screamin Eagle 55mm throttle body & manifold

Balanced the pistons set for each cylinder.
Shimmed the rocker arms to bring them within spec and removed any potential ticking/tapping.

Retuned the Thundermax to allow for all the upgrades.
Installed running in oil for the break in period and limited the rpm to 4000.

Let the fun begin.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2012 Deluxe for a service and upgrades.

This time we installed a Thundermax tuner with wide band O2 sensors.

Replaced the cheap riser bushes, for quality units to eliminate the excessive movement in the handlebars.

Installed a new custom, chrome air intake with K&N filter.

Finished off with a major service including Lucas full synthetic oils.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2024 Road Glide CVO ST anniversary for some repairs and upgrades.

Bike was makings a terrible tapping noise, the worst we have ever heard.
Yes, we are aware that these new bikes can be a little noisier in the top end, but this was way beyond acceptable.

The bike had been back to the HD dealer and they installed a set of adjustable rocker arms to fix the problem, but the problem was no better, maybe even worse.

We opened up the top of the engine to see what was going on and took some measurements.

Found the adjustable rocker arms were not set up correctly and the lateral movement on the rocker arms were not within specs.

We installed shims to reduce the lateral movement of the rocker arms and bring them back within spec, and stop the noise of the rocker arm tapping against the support arm.

We then correctly setup the rocker arm adjuster to insure it was exactly the same as the unadjusted arm against the valve, and stopping the tapping on the top of the valve.

Installed a Muller power clutch kit to significantly improve the feel and pull of the clutch lever. This makes the clutch much smoother and lighter on the hand.

Painted the Brembo logo red on the front brake calipers.

Adjusted the front forks and set them up according to the rider’s weight. Setup Sage, rebound & compression.

The Yellow spanner was lite up on the dash, which means the bike needed its ABS 2 years flush and reset.
We flushed all brake fluids, filled with DOT 5.1 and reset in software.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2021 breakout 131ci highly modified bike for some more upgrades.

This time we installed the Burns Stainless Steel NhB exhaust system, specifically designed for very high output motors.

This exhaust system is easily the highest quality system we have ever seen.

Sounds great and looks awesome.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2004 Ultra Classic for some repairs.
The bike would not idle and the fuel pump would not run.
Customer had to temporarily hard wire the fuel pump to get the bike to run, but would still stall and not idle.

After some in-depth diagnosis we found that the almost 20 year old Gen 1 Thundermax unit had failed.

We removed the old system and installed a new generation Thundermax system complete with wave tune and wide band O2 sensors.

Programmed the Thundermax unit and tuned.

Bike now runs perfect and fuel pump also runs great.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his custom evo.
Well when it came to us it was more of lots of boxes of old parts, that he hopped would make a bike.
Most of the parts were old, worn and some were not even for a bike.
No Electrics or Wiring
No Oil lines
No Brake lines
No Fuel line
Slowly we put this bike back together and also installed LED speedo.
Electronic switches, and controls
New Mikuni carby
And lots of custom work, and parts.

Finished as a custom rat rod evo.
Bike runs strong and is fun to ride.

APE high lift valve spring, seats, & seals

Lots of seals & O rings

We balanced the piston kit before installing to insure both cylinders are perfectly balanced.

Created a perfect map for the Thundermax to suit this upgrade.

Time to run the bike in for a few hundred km before all limits are removed.

Bike sounds very tuff and runs great.
