Take away coffee cups donโ€™t go in your recycling bin.โ
โ
Most take away coffee cups have a thin plastic lining. This makes them difficult to recycle through standard kerbside recycling.โ
โ
โ˜• What you can do instead:โ
Put used cups in your red (general waste) bin or drop them off at a participating 7โ€‘Eleven through the Simply Cups recycling program.โ
โ
๐ŸŒฑ Even better:โ
Bring your own reusable cup when you can. Itโ€™s a simple way to reduce waste.โ
