Topping off a terrific weekend over at The Bend, Blake Purvis in his Sabre 02 has finished with another win in Race 4 of the weekend.

Flynn Forgan also rounded out his solid weekend in his Sabre 02 with third place in Race 4.

Another win for Blake Purvis and his Sabre 02 at The Bend in South Australia.

A patient race long battle with multiple lead changes was the order of the mornings race with Blake making the last lap the decisive one allowing him to greet the flag in first place.

Topping off a great weekend in W.A. both Jason Fowler (Sabre 02B) and Rod Lisson (Sabre 02) finished Race 3 on the top two steps of the podium in first and second places respectively.

Jason reports that he maxmised the dollar value of his final set of Dunlops and ran them completely worn out which meant he had a real battle on his hands for the entire race. Jason pulled off a brilliant pass on the final corner to take the lead and secure his third win for the round.

In contrast, Rod had a lonely final race sitting comfortably in third a second or so back from the leading pair and well aheadbof his persuers, At the final corner he benefited from the second place competitor spinning off ahead seeing Rod secure his third podium for the round.

Well done guys on a top weekend.

Another set of podiums in Race 2 both in Western Australia and South Australia for Sabre 02 and 02B's.

Jason Fowler took his second win for the day in W.A, whilst Rod Lisson greeted the flag in third place.

Over at The Bend in S.A, Blake Purvis took the win with Flynn Forgan again securing third place.

Well done.

A pair of podiums for our Sabre 02 and 02B drivers in the respective Race 1's in both Western Australia and South Australia.

Over in W.A it was Jason Fowler in his Sabre 02B who got the jump at the start on Sabre 02 compatriot - Rod Lisson. An early and extended safety car period meant it was down to a 1 lap dash, and at the flag it was Jason taking the win followed by Rod in second place.

At The Bend in South Australia, Blake Purvis found himself in a race long battle for first place. An error at Turn 11 on the penultimate lap saw Blake run wide and losing the lead, meaning he crossed the line to take second place. Flynn Forgan was engaged in his own intense battle for third place which went from lights to flag. A great drive had Flynn securing third place.

Well done to Jason, Rod, Blake and Flynn.

Some good results for Sabre 02 and 02B owners around the county this morning.

In W.A Rod Lisson took a teriffic pole position followed in secon place, Jason Fowler.

A little further east at South Australia's The Bend motor racing facility, Blake Purvis took his first pole position with Flyn Forgan in third.

Attention Sabre 01 owners. We have had an enquiry regarding the manufacture and supply of some Sabre 01 parts, namely,
- Leading Arms
- Finger Mount
- Rear Triangle
- Steering Arms

This is an expression of interest to guage if any owners of Sabre 01's would also be keen to order these parts. To keep the parts as cost effective as possible we want to do these as a production run.

Race 4 completed and again six Sabre 02s and 02Bs in the top eight.

Jason Fowler was the best in the Sabre drivers in the last race backing up his win in Race 3 with second place.

Fourth was Ash Quiddington followed by Brock Hamilton, Callum Lamont, Ash Clifford and Rod Lison in that order.

A fantastic showing by the Sabre drivers, congratulations to each of you on a great round.

A very short Race 3 at Round 3 of the Formula Vee Australia National Series after a couple of safety cars in the short time certain event.

A fantastic opening half lap set up Jason Fowler in his Sabre 02B as he took the lead before the introduction of the safety car. A teriffic re-start saw Jason gap the field giving him enough to take the win.

Behind Jason, Brock Hamilton in his Sabre 02 continued his good form getting his third podium from three races. Ash Quiddington crossed the line in fourth with Ash Clifford, Callum Lamont and Rod Lison greeting the flag in six, seventh and eighth respectively.

So, another six Sabre 02s and 02Bs in the top eight.
