Please don't drive when engine overheating engine if its only a minutes away from home
Get it tow so its can cost up to thousands to replace engine
Engine replacement onsite due to car overheating
Customer call me out but because i was busy so Customer tow it to the workshop
The workshop replace the waterpump for them even those the car is not even starting
The workshop said its too big job so they don't want to take it so she end up towing it home
Customer call me out to check for a second opinion
When i come out and put water in to check where the water leak
I crank the engine all all the water go straight to the exhaust
I have no idea why the workshop have to change the water pump at first when the car is not even starting and they have to end up paying for the water pump plus the timing belt to take the car
This is not the right things to do when customer doesn't know anything about car

Have a call out job today
Customer putting wrong fuel inside the car
Car is diesel VW Amorok but put petrol
Its was at night time so Customer make mistake and grab the wrong handle
Becareful and look before you fill
Customer drive around 300 meter and the car stop
Fill it full tank
Damage the fuel pump too and have to change the fuel filter
I get this kind of call out very often
