A true icon of Ferrari’s analogue era.
Unveiled at the 1989 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Ferrari 348 brought together unmistakable Pininfarina styling, a naturally aspirated 3.4-litre V8 and the engagement of a five-speed gated manual gearbox.
Its design took cues from the legendary Testarossa, most notably through its distinctive side strakes and rear styling, while beneath the bodywork, the 348 represented an important evolution for Ferrari. It was the first V8 Ferrari to feature a full monocoque chassis, while its longitudinally mounted V8 marked a departure from the transverse layout of its predecessor, the 328.
