If you set Auto-Immobilisation on the App, You’ll need to use the RFID tags or App to deactivate the immobiliser to start the vehicle.

Once you have finished driving, Park and switch off the vehicle. After 1 minute has elapsed the immobiliser will activate on automatically. Nice and simple! 🔒

Attached is a photo of an awesome R32 GTR with a short video of the SECO feature. I’ve activated the ‘Disable Stolen Vehicle’ button while our client was driving. As soon as the GTR came to a Zero GPS Speed it shut off the engine and immobilised the car from starting again. Brilliant!!!

Attention Y62 Patrol owners! We’ve had a few clients come in for horn repairs. Thieves are accessing the small space in the front grille and cutting the wires to isolate the noise of the alarm system.

We’ve decided while repairing to relocate the horn and wiring so this doesn’t happen again. There are 2x horns fitted in plain site. An oversight by Nissan if you ask me. I’ve attached some photos to show before and after. The horns require a small extension should you want to relocate yourself. Otherwise get in contact with us to arrange this modification.

BYD Shark 6 now protected against theft. Fitted with a Code-Safe Keypad immobiliser you simply enter 4 Digit code and start your vehicle as usual.

Without the code you can’t select a gear. We call this Pin to Drive immobilisation. Common on late model EV and Hybrid BYD range.

There’s a common misconception in vehicle security that an immobiliser makes your car “unstealable.” That’s not entirely accurate — and it’s important customers understand why.

🔐 What an Immobiliser Actually Does

An immobiliser is designed to prevent the engine from starting unless the correct authentication is present (PIN code, encrypted signal, authorised tag, etc.). Modern systems — especially CAN-based solutions — are extremely effective at stopping:

👉 In short: no authorisation = no engine start
