We recently serviced and inspected this 2014 VW Golf, during which we discovered a faulty passenger side rear wheel bearing that required replacement. We prioritize safety above all else, which is why we only utilize high-quality parts to ensure longevity. Got that wheel bearing / hub replaced and she was all good to go. With a mere 35,000km on the odometer, this vehicle was in relatively good condition despite being 12 years old 😉

We recently had the opportunity to diagnose and repair a 2014 VW Scirocco, a one-owner vehicle with a comprehensive service history from the dealership. Despite regular maintenance, the vehicle's owner was not informed about potential issues until they became apparent. In this case, the coolant had degraded to water, causing rust buildup and blocking the heater matrix. Following the replacement of the faulty part and a thorough coolant flush, the vehicle's heating system was restored to optimal function. The engine light was attributed to the EVAP system, which upon inspection, revealed several issues. The outdated fuel filter was replaced, followed by the oil filter housing to address an oil leak. During the inlet manifold removal, a broken air divider was discovered, which could have caused significant engine damage if left unchecked. Fortunately, we identified the issue in time. A comprehensive service and inspection were performed, including rear brake replacement and repairs to address other oil leaks. Additionally, the years outdated pollen filter and spark plugs were replaced. Our team's diligence ensured the vehicle was returned to its owner in excellent condition. It is essential to find a trustworthy workshop guys, Titan Euro is a small workshop but we are honest and do whatever needs to be done to have the best outcome for you and your vehicle.

We recently serviced a 2014 🇩🇪 VW Touareg with injector seal leaks, a common issue affecting V6 engines in VAG models, including Audi Q7, VW Touareg, and Porsche Cayenne. To prevent future problems, we replaced all six injectors and performed a comprehensive service and inspection. The first-time customer was highly satisfied with our services and subsequently brought in their second Touareg for a service and full check-up. Fortunately, the second vehicle did not exhibit injector seal leaks... yet 🥲.

This stunning 2003 CLK500 🇩🇪 underwent a transmission service at our facility. Equipped with the Automatic (722.633) gearbox, it necessitated the use of Mercedes Benz-approved MB 236.14 fluid. As the owner was unsure of the last service date, we took a precautionary approach and proceeded with the service. Notably, Mercedes Benz recommends servicing this specific transmission every 60,000 km, regardless of time elapsed. 🤓

Diagnostic : Front passenger side headlamp - daytime running light not working

This 2015 Golf R was is for an issue with the passenger headlight - daytime running light option not working. After Fuses checked and wiring - conclusion was the "Igniter" / Daytime running light module was at fault - part will be ordered and replaced when arrived from the dealership
Its located under the headlight itself - Mostly all modern era cars have them now - long gone are those days that you just need a bulb replacement and off you go 😊

Pollen filters are essential for your health! As a crucial component of your vehicle's cabin air system, they purify the outside air before it circulates through the ventilation, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system into the passenger cabin. This 2014 Mazda 3 🇯🇵, with only 31,000km on the clock, recently underwent a service and inspection at our facility. Unfortunately, its owner was not informed about the importance of replacing the pollen filter from the previous workshop she used to go, highlighting the need for regular maintenance checks that go beyond routine oil and filter changes, especially for age-related components. 🧐

This 🇩🇪 2011 Audi A4 was brought to our attention with a coolant leakage issue on the passenger side of the engine, specifically under the intake manifold. Upon thorough inspection, our team discovered that the water pump assembly was the source of the leak and required replacement. We promptly ordered a new assembly and replaced it, along with the necessary O-rings and gaskets. During the intake manifold disassembly, we observed signs of coolant leakage at the rear of the engine as well. It's worth noting that modern European cooling systems heavily rely on composite plastics to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. However, over time, these plastics become increasingly brittle due to thermal cycling and the rubber seals to lose their elasticity, ultimately leading to coolant leaks.

This 🇩🇪 2012 Mercedes Benz C200 underwent extensive maintenance at our facility. A comprehensive engine timing chain kit replacement, including VVT hubs, was performed. Additionally, we addressed several oil leaks, replaced spark plugs, and installed a new rocker cover gasket. Despite exercising utmost care, certain components, such as the plastic thermostat housing, are prone to deterioration due to age and heat exposure. We had to replace this part and waterpump at the same time. We also replaced several O-rings and gaskets to ensure optimal performance. Following the completion of these tasks, the vehicle was returned to the road, no longer experiencing coolant or oil leaks, and boasting a smooth-running engine again. 👌

🇨🇿 2015 Skoda Yeti was in due to transmission issues. This one was a quick flip; got a complete second-hand mechatronic unit with low mileage and swapped it on the (RCZ) gearbox, followed by cloning the second-hand unit to the vehicle. A few hours later, she was back on the road, selecting gears like nothing had happened. 😁
