Exploring K'gari (Fraser Island) with Overland Travellers!

Matt and Holly from Overland Travellers have been exploring the iconic K'gari (Fraser Island) in their Troopy, featuring a Project Overlander fitout!

We built and fitted out this Troopy to tackle Australia's diverse terrain and remote destinations, and it's always great seeing our work out on the tracks and being put to good use.

Built for the Ranger Super Duty and Next Gen Ranger dual cab. Full black-out spec: multi-function headboard with Anderson plug, 70L water tank with electric pump, carpeted tapered underbody boxes with shelving, under-tray drawer with table top, Eberhard locks, 71 tie-down points, Maxi Lamp tails and a removable rear ladder bar.

Ford F-150 Platinum | Offroad Industries Stage 3 GVM Upgrade

This F-150 Platinum came through the Project Overlander workshop for an ORI (Offroad Industries) Stage 3 GVM and suspension upgrade, paired with a Method Race Wheels and Nitto tyre package.

The Stage 3 package includes:
• FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Suspension
• ORI 400kg Leaf Packs
• BDS Radius Arms & Front Panhard
• 4300kg GVM Rating
• 8800kg GCM
• Approx. 1819kg Payload

Finishing off the package:
• Method Race Wheels Australia Australia 703HD Bead Grip Gloss Titanium Wheels
• Nitto Tyres Australia LT285/70R18 Tyres

The benefit? A massive increase in payload capacity, transforming the F-150 into a true heavy-duty platform while safely retaining its full 4.5T braked towing capacity.
