✈️ Final preparations before boarding the flight that will take my family and me to Italy tonight for the entire month of June!

Of course, I won’t stop driving—in fact, between Italy, Switzerland, and Croatia, I’m pretty sure I’ll cover at least 3,000 km… when in Italy,strictly with a manual transmission! 🚗⚙️

These last three weeks have been incredibly busy as I worked hard to help 15 students obtain their driver’s licence before my departure. I’m proud to say that 12 passed successfully, while the remaining 3 will have another opportunity when I return in July.

This is a fantastic result that reflects the quality of my teaching method and gives me great satisfaction as I continue my journey as a driving instructor with passion and enthusiasm.

I love all my students, and I dedicate the same enthusiasm and commitment to each one, so they can become excellent drivers. 🚗✨

Some students, though, become a little more special because of their personal story and the learning journey we share. Leroy is definitely one I will never forget!

He hired me to teach him how to drive a car, having never driven even once before—and with only one week before his driving test… Impossible?!
It depends: on the instructor and on the student. And in the end, we drove together for 10 intense hours of lessons!

“Better than this, as a student, you couldn’t drive!” I told him on Thursday.
Then on Friday morning, after the test north of Brisbane, he called me and said:
“Igor, we did it! I passed the test!” 🎉
What an achievement—getting a driver’s licence in just one week with only 10 hours of lessons!
