Epic! Matt French Adrift landed a 100 + kg Southern bluefin tuna from his Sea-Doo FISH PRO.

Fishing off Waihau Bay in New Zealand after an intense 90 minute battle in very rough offshore conditions.
He brought the fish alongside the ski three separate times, only for it to dive back into deep water each time. On the fourth attempt, a mako shark suddenly bit into the tuna, taking its tail and significantly changing the dynamics of the fight.

With no safe way to land a fish of this size directly onto the ski in these conditions, and with the shark still circling both the fish and the jet ski, two nearby boats came to assist to help secure the tuna. Full video coming soon on his channel.
