***Bryce’s winding down***
Good afternoon wonderful people!
Unfortunately you did not miss-read, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to no longer continue with my business… this is not something I have taken lightly as you could imagine, and the decision has been weighing heavily on my mind for quite a while.
There are of course a few things that make up a decision this big, but to simplify and summarise, I am just looking for a little bit better work life balance, and to get out of the servicing and brake replacement rut.
To be honest it’s a horrible feeling that I have at the moment, because you are all so wonderful, it’s like hundreds of break ups over and over again on repeat - trust me when I say ‘it’s not you’, it genuinely is me! Together, you all make up the reason I have been able to achieve what I have in the past 5 years, and I am incredibly grateful for your loyalty and ongoing support.
Thank you also for your continued patience over the years, as I missed your calls, or have taken a while to reply to your messages at times (particularly in the recent time) - it is always a wrestle with time trying to do the work, drive the van between sites, and keep on top of the paperwork/ follow up - without your loyalty and patience, it just would not have been possible.
At this stage I don’t plan on changing my phone number, and certainly don’t plan on dropping off the face of earth, so please don’t be a stranger and feel free to reach out with any questions, or for a catch up - although please be mindful it may take me a while to get back in touch depending on the level of inquiry.
All work previously completed will still be honoured for the usual 12 months or 20,000km warranty period (whichever occurs first) from the date of repair - please inquire vie email to [email protected] for any warranty, previous service report, or general previous repair information.
Again, thank you all so much for your support over the last 5 years! Many of you have been like my ‘co-workers’ in this time, and others have become friends - swapping stories, having a laugh, solving the worlds problems, and just outright enjoying ourselves.
It will be sad not to wear the uniform everyday, but I am incredibly grateful for the experience, the people, and the lessons learned along the way - It has all helped shape me into the person I am today.
Cheers to you all, and thanks once again, Bryce.
