Kool Cars had the privilege of handing over this stunning and truly unique 1931 Ford Tudor during our trip to the Sunshine Coast last week.

This special vehicle was passed down to our customer by his father, making it much more than just a restoration project. We were honoured to bring the car back to life while adding a unique twist to the original build, creating something that celebrates both its history and its future.

As a cherished family icon, this was a deeply sentimental project, and we’re proud to have played a part in preserving its legacy for generations to come.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Panel Be**er to join the team at Kool Cars & Kustoms!

If you take pride in your work and enjoy working on everything from modern vehicles to classic restorations, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Repairing and restoring vehicle panels & bodywork
✔️ Structural and cosmetic repairs
✔️ Fabrication and custom modifications
✔️ Welding (MIG, TIG & spot welding)
✔️ Working on a mix of modern and classic vehicles

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Qualified Panel Be**er (or similar trade)
✔️ Experience in body repair & fabrication
✔️ High attention to detail
✔️ Manual driver’s licence preferred

Perfect for someone with some automotive experience and a passion for hands-on work—especially if you love classic or custom cars.

What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Assisting mechanics & panel beaters
✔️ Pulling apart & reassembling vehicle components
✔️ Helping with restorations & repairs
✔️ Masking & prep for paint
✔️ Washing & basic detailing
✔️ Keeping the workshop clean & organised

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Some automotive experience preferred
✔️ Reliable & hardworking
✔️ Keen to learn
✔️ Manual licence preferred
