The humble carburettor, nowadays mostly a relic of the past, but for something that precisely and consistently metres the correct air/ fuel ratio into an engine and designed well before computers came along to help, we think they're pretty cool.
Here's a Solex from the 1960s we're overhauling. Once properly set up these things run smooth as butter. Looking forward to returning this one to service!

Back from a few weeks holiday to the Simpson Desert with the Ye Olde Land Rover Club of Vacy. Some amazing old Landys were on the trip some of which we are proud to have made trip ready (and returned in one piece!).
We'd also like to thank Peter and the team at for supplying us with a comprehensive spare parts kit which we fortunately didnt have to use.
We are excited to be developing the future of our business and have some big plans being worked on, so keep posted for updates! ... (M57 anyone?)
