It might sound a little counterintuitive, but running your heating and air conditioning together is one of the quickest ways to clear a foggy windscreen.

The heater warms the glass, while the air conditioning helps remove moisture from inside the car. Try to avoid wiping the windscreen with your hands too, as it can leave greasy marks and cause it to fog up again even faster.

Not every repair is something you can see from the outside. 🔧

This thermostat replacement is one we completed recently.

Your thermostat plays an important role in regulating your engine’s temperature. It opens and closes to control the flow of coolant, helping your engine warm up properly and stay at the correct operating temperature.

When a thermostat fails, it can cause your engine to overheat or, in some cases, run too cold. Either way, it can affect your vehicle’s performance and, if left too long, lead to more expensive repairs.

If your temperature gauge isn’t reading normally, your car is overheating, or you’ve noticed a coolant warning, it’s worth getting it checked sooner rather than later.
