Maintaining an accurate service history is so important not just for resale purposes, but to ensure that you have a record that your vehicle is being maintained correctly and in line with manufacturer specification. We're seeing quite a big increase in customers who believe their vehicles service history is up-to-date when in fact, general service items and other major preventative maintenance has not been completed when it's due, inspections are not being carried out, records are not being properly kept, and the customer is being incorrectly advised that their next service is due again in 6 months.
The service interval for VWs is 12 months and a minimum of 15k (20k depending on your model). We use quality fluids and filters and service our own Multivan, Tiguan, and Yeti in line with spec so if we don't want to pay for two services a year, neither should you!
All our services include a thorough inspection with photos, a review of the service history, and a scan of the vehicle for logged faults and if you don't have a service book or would like to maintain a physical copy in addition to your Digital Service Schedule (if your model has one), we're happy to provide one free of charge 📕🔧
