Before and after. This k4A025 automatic gearbox from a 280SL (W113) was overhauled in our workshop, with great care, precision and technical expertise.

✅ All wear components have been replaced.
✅ All tolerances have been carefully checked.
✅ We have the specialised tools required to rebuild these transmissions correctly and professionally.

Last sunday we were present at MB, mijn passie with our Benz Patent motorwagon, 280SE (w111) cabriolet and our 280SL project.

We were proud to be part of this amazing event with our company, celebrating the passion for Mercedes-Benz. From stunning classics with a rich history to the latest models — a beautiful combination of past and present. ✨

For us, it’s always a pleasure to see so many enthusiasts, beautiful cars and, above all, so much passion coming together in one place.

A big thank you to the organisation and to everyone who stopped by for a chat! 🙏

Laying the finishing touches at our Mercedes-Benz pagoda 280SL (w113) project before start up.

This car was original delivered in medium blue (DB350) 🔵 After restoration this pagoda will still be matching numbers & colors and was first delivered on 17 sept 1969.

In 1956, Mercedes-Benz went to work developing a new limousine to replace the 300 Adenauer series. After years of development and research the 600 was unvieled in 1963. The 600 was the wold’s best and most up-to-date limousine at the time. 2 meters wide and 5.54 meters long, this vehicle was equiped with the most ingenious technology: air suspension, automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. Supreme comfort was also available, thanks to a hydraulic system with 175 atmospheres of pressure that operated the central locking, windows, sunroof, closable doors, seats, heating and ventilation, and the opening and closing of the trunk lid. There was also a new engine beneath the hood, a 6.3l V8 with 250hp of power capable of accelerating the 2.5 ton flagship to speeds of 205 km/h.
Customers that where seeking for more room could opt for the 600 pullman which, at a length of 6,24 meters, had a wheelbase 70 centimeters longer. Of the 2677 W100 models built, 428 were ordered as pullman limousines, and 59 as Landaulet which has a hydraulic operated sunroof.
