Sisson Auto Tire & Alignment is a new, family-owned automotive repair facility in Brandon, and we're looking for one experienced Journeyman Technician to help us build it.
This isn't walking into a shop that's been doing things the same way for 30 years.
This is an opportunity to help shape how the shop operates, recommend equipment, improve processes, mentor younger technicians, and become a key part of where we're going.
We're looking for someone who wants the satisfaction of building a new shop without the financial risk, long hours, or headaches that come with ownership.
What We're Offering
Up to $41/hour
Potential $5,000 signing bonus
Flexible schedule-
Four 10-hour days
or
Five 8-hour days
Hourly pay, not flat rate
Paid for every hour you're at work
