Are you ready for winter? With snow in the forecast, now’s a good time to make sure you and your vehicle are ready for the season ahead!
Here are a few reminders before those winter roads arrive:
▪️Consider winter tires. They can make a difference in cold temperatures and slippery conditions. Did you know MPI offers financing for eligible winter tires? Check with MPI for current eligibility and details.
▪️Give yourself extra stopping distance. Slow down, leave more room between vehicles and adjust your driving to the road conditions.
▪️Pack an emergency kit. A blanket, flashlight, booster cables, first-aid kit and snow brush are great things to have on hand.
▪️ Know what to do if you're in an accident. Get to a safe location if possible, check for injuries, contact emergency services when needed, and document the scene and damage when it's safe to do so. Report the collision to MPI and follow their instructions for next steps.
And if winter driving leads to a bump, scrape or collision, Forman Collision is here to help with your repair needs.
