What You'll Be Doing
🚘 Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
🚗 Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
🤝 Build lasting customer relationships and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
📈 Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals and deliver outstanding results.
💼 Assist with sales administration and contribute to the continued growth and success of the dealership.
What You Bring
✔ Sales experience (automotive experience is a strong asset)
✔ Leadership skills or experience mentoring others
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed
✔ Bilingualism is an asset
