Had this sweet machine sent to us for some loving and massaging.

None of the panels opened or closed properly, so we started with new hood and door hinges.
Removed and Realigned all the front sheetmetal
Straightened and Realigned the front bumper
Installed a new package tray with sound deadener
Remounted the stereo pieces on the package tray
Repaired the glove box latch
Got all the windows functioning properly
And repaired the ignition switch
Installed the wrap around chin spoiler

Was a big list and we got it done for a happy customer who was referred by E-Mortal Customs and Automotive Repair

Now to enjoy some cruising while the sun is still out.

This one was a major repair, but such an iconic ride!

Customer hit a pothole and the left front wheel suspension left the chat.

Seems the lower control arm rejected it's position on the car......and it had happened before!

We ended up rebuilding the front frame cross member, replacing the left upper and lower ball joints, left side shock absorber and left sway bar link.

Had a wheel alignment done and drives just like a 1959 Cadillac should.

Was a big effort in a big car but the smile on the owners face said it all.

Collision repair on this Sierra.

Simple one, repair of the front bumper upper cover.

But there was still a bunch of work to remove, repair, refinish and reinstall.

Paint protection film was reinstalled by Davinci’s Work Bench
Back out on the road doing work things.

We were tagged in on this one from Epic Rod & Custom

Collision damage to the rear, we smoothed out the body work and primed and refinished the rear lower tailgate and left quarter , also blended out the right quarter panel.

Add in a customer pay portion on the left door. It had some cracking which was a result of the power window motor hitting the door skin. Brackets made, some welding of some cracks, a little filler to replace what was there, some primer and paint.

Happy owner and he has it back for possibly the last weekend of cruising for the year.

Did some repairs to this Titan.

The left bedside and tonneau cover had some collision damage to them. So we dismantled the affected areas and took to erasing the damages.

Longtime customer and neighbor, of course they were happy with the results,we even took care of some rock chipping while we were at it.

Cruising season is almost over so it was maintennace time on thia sweetheart.

Needed to do a repair on the tailgate and some polishing on the hood.

Had this one in for a peeling problem.

Roof and lwft and right windshield pillars were peeling. Typical type stuff.

Matched the tristage white and scraped/blew/sanded until we were able to feather out the edges.

Looks good and the owner was happy that her vehicle didn't look hideous anymore.

And we have touchdown!

Putting the Roadster Shop Spec chassis underneath the firebird.

Had to do some minor trimming of the Detroit Speed minitubs but other than that it was an easy install.

Hooked up the steering with some ujoints and D shaft and we are in business.

Some further seamsealing and refinish, as well as some reassembly then it is off to πƒπšπ―πžπ§π©π¨π«π­ 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 for the monster engine install.

Davenport Firebird project rolling along.

At first we were going to media blast the underside, but once we removed the original undercoating it was really clean with minimal rust areas.

So we sanded and cleaned the underside, sealed it with epoxy primer and then painted it with a polyurethane black. Let that cure and then we went and applied raptor liner over that.

Lots of repair to this beauty.

Replaced both left and right rocker panels
Replaced the left inner rocker panel
Replaced both lower cab corners
Replaced the right fender
Blended the right front door.

All of this due to rust issues, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't long before it would have been.

Have had this truck in here plenty over the years, always good when owners are on top of the maintenance of these classic beauties.
