On race day, the Ford (Saleen S7) wouldn't start. This wasn't the first event the Saleen retired early (and we weren't even shocked about this).

Do you wish the Saleen was able to complete Targe Newfoundland, or do you think it was for the best it called it quits before the race even began? 😂

After the wild success of Race the Base in 2010, the Canadian Armed Forces invited ZR Auto owner, Zahir Rana, along with Rick Mercer of the Rick Mercer Report, to the 4 Wing base in Cold Lake, for an opportunity to fly a pair of CF-18 Fighter Jets.
