We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Service Advisor to join our team.

👉🏻Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Daily Tasks (include but are not limited to):
👉🏻Assisting customers over the phone, by email, and in person
👉🏻Scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
👉🏻Preparing accurate vehicle estimates
👉🏻Opening and invoicing work orders
👉🏻Ordering, shipping and receiving parts
👉🏻Maintaining a clean and organized work area
👉🏻Coordinating with automotive technicians

What We’re Looking For:
👉🏻Automotive knowledge is an asset
👉🏻Dependable with a positive, can-do
attitude
👉🏻Excellent communication and people skills
👉🏻Ability to work independently and as part of a team
