Two years ago, Tanner was working as a server when John Kot met him on the golf course on his day off. There wasn’t a job posting—just a conversation and the belief that he had the right attitude and potential.

Another incredible Annual Company Fishing Trip is in the books! 🎣🐟

Hosted by John Kot, Jordan Kot, and Connor McGowan, the team spent the weekend at Sandspit Adventures in Haida Gwaii enjoying great fishing, great company, and even better memories.

It was an awesome opportunity to bring team members together from across our dealerships to unwind, connect, and build relationships outside of work. With plenty of laughs, unforgettable moments, and coolers full of fresh fish to take home, this year’s trip was one to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who made it such a great weekend—we’re already looking forward to next year!
