After lots of experimentation and development, Souptacular was ready for the St. As a result, Souptacular’s menu appeals to a wide cross-section of soup lovers, from college students and bachelors who just add water, to the “soup chefs,” who add different meats and veggies to individualize their soups. Even though their Farmers Market days have ended in 2020 you can easily find Souptacular Soups on many grocery stores shelves throughout Alberta! Thank you to my Souptacular Family as I continue to celebrate my 60 th Birthday! Our St.Albert Sturgeon river has burst its’ banks. We had to go investigate for ourselves today so we took a stroll. We have lived here for almost 30 years and have never seen this river this high. The walking trails in some areas are officially under water (on both sides). Looks very beautiful here today but please, no more rain.🙏

With all of the rain we have been getting the gardens’ may be slower to dry out and produce. Therefore we thought we’d be a step ahead and feature ‘zucchini’ NOW before it takes over the garden! 🙂 Remember zucchini is such an easy side dish to prepare anytime and works with any meal, but it is also a delicious addition into any Souptacular soup. I think we all deserve some warm soup to sip while watching the garden grow. ❤️🥒🥣and🌞.
