Apparel Sales Associate – Powersports Dealership
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic FULL TIME Apparel Sales Associate who loves connecting with people and understands the lifestyle behind powersports. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right gear, sharing product knowledge, and being part of a team that fuels adventure, exploration, and the riding community.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers and create an engaging, positive shopping experience
- Help customers find the right riding gear, apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, riding style, and preferences
- Stay knowledgeable on current apparel, gear, and powersports products
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing apparel department
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping displays looking their best
- Process sales transactions and support customers through the purchasing experience
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service from start to finish
What we are looking for:
- A positive, personable attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in powersports, outdoor activities, riding, and the lifestyle that comes with it
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment
- Comfortable learning product details and making recommendations
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

- You have experience with riding gear, apparel, helmets, or outdoor lifestyle products
