I was walking the docks in Clayton when something caught my eye.

A brand new MTI 440X with twin Mercury Racing T-500Rs... and what looked like wings hanging off the back.

Then I looked a little closer.

Turns out they’re completely natural.

Most people will look at the hull. The paint is perfect. But anyone can see that.

Performance boat people look at the gearcases.

Finding a triple-engine 340 Sport with all three gearcases still wearing all their paint isn’t something you see every day. It’s a small detail... but it says a lot about how the boat has been treated.
