I never thought I'd have to write this, but it needs to be documented.
Many of you probably never met Garrett at the Shop because he was somewhat shy with people that he didn't know and would always seem to magically disappear when Customers Picked up their Vehicles etc. However Garrett had the biggest Heart and was a Good Person & Soul & was a True Friend to me and many others. I met Garrett through the Automotive Scene in 2019 when he had his First Cummins Diesel 1st Generation Dodge Pickup Truck. Garrett worked with me for only 6 months, but he quickly became the true "glue" of the shop - Problem Solving, Keeping Daily Tasks and Scheduling Running Smoothly and Making even the worst Repair Jobs or Work Days fun by cracking jokes and always being in good spirit.
He was extremely talented with everything mechanical including heavy diesel, complex diagnostics, and even bodywork. Losing such a great friend in a tragic car accident leaves a void that can never be filled. He will be missed by so many, and I will never forget what an incredible friend he was to me.
Rest in Peace Garrett π
