The startup Ferveret has adapted an approach from nuclear reactors to cool chips without water while significantly reducing electricity consumption. This is the stud welding station that we previously posted in action — from the point of view of the robot itself! It produces the parts you see being welded every 12.5 seconds, and it has a water cooling system due to its high cycle time and the intense heat produced by the process to keep components cool and ensure the process is reliable.
