Water so still it feels unreal, and the kind of quiet you can actually hear. No notifications, no rush, no pressure to be anywhere else. Just you, your fav people, the open water, and a reminder that life feels a lot lighter when you stop trying to outrun it for a while.

I think this is the version of happiness people forget about. Sometimes it’s hidden in small adventures, warm layers, messy hair, freezing fingers, and sunsets that make everything feel softer for a second.

A quick trip out to Plumper Cove with the ocean boat and our LX 270 tagging along as the perfect tender.
