One year ago, Mackenzie joined Lethbridge Toyota as our Showroom Host, and she has been the welcoming face of our dealership ever since. Every guest who walks through our doors is greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home.☺️

Just as important, Mackenzie is always there for her teammates. She’s the kind of person who is quick to step in to help, cheers others on loudly and makes our whole team stronger. She’s even stepped up and learnt some accounting duties, as well as service appointment tasks!

Outside of work, she’s being kept busy with the newest member of her family, Sir William, a sweet rescue pup.

Five years ago, Taylon joined Lethbridge Toyota as our Showroom Host, and she’s been a consistent warm, welcoming face of our dealership ever since. She also plays another important role on our accounting team as Accounting Assistant, handling both roles with professionalism and care.

Taylon is one of those people who makes everyone around her feel looked after. Whether it’s her coworkers, her friends and family, or any animal that crosses her path, she shows up with a big heart every time. Our workplace is brighter because she’s in it. ☀️

📓🇨🇦 Big news: Toyota just took home eight 2026 Canadian Black Book Best Retained Value Awards, and the Overall Brand Award for the 10th year in a row!
