🔧 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK

Don’t forget about your spare tire! 🛞

When was the last time you checked it? A spare with low or no air isn’t much help when you’re stuck on the side of the road!

Take a few minutes to check the air pressure, condition and location of your spare—before you actually need it.

A little preparation now can save a whole lot of frustration later!

🔧 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK

That little light on the dash isn’t there for decoration! 🚨

The summer chaos is finally winding down, the kids are back to school, routines are getting back to normal… and unfortunately, fall is here! 🍂

With life getting a little less hectic, now is a great time to take care of those little things you may have been putting off—including that warning light on the dash.

Whether it’s the check engine light, tire pressure light, battery light or something else, don’t ignore it and hope it goes away. Some warning lights can indicate a small issue, while others can mean something needs attention right away.

🚗 Take a look at your dash, make a note of anything that’s been neglected, and get ahead of it before winter arrives.

Because nobody wants to discover a problem when they’re already on the side of the road in the middle of a Bruce County winter! 🥶😂

🔧 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK

Don’t forget about your transmission! 🚗⚙️

Your transmission is one of the most expensive components in your vehicle, so keeping up with its maintenance is important. Regular transmission service can help keep everything operating smoothly and may help prevent costly repairs down the road.

Not sure when your transmission was last serviced? Check your owner’s manual or give us a call—we can help you figure out what your vehicle needs.

Don’t wait until you notice slipping, hard shifting, strange noises or other problems. Preventative maintenance is always better than an unexpected repair bill!

🔧 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK

When was the last time you changed your cabin air filter? 👀

Your cabin air filter helps keep the air inside your vehicle clean by filtering out dust, pollen and other debris. Over time, that filter can get pretty nasty!

A dirty cabin air filter can reduce airflow, cause unpleasant smells, and make your heating and A/C system work harder. 🌬️🚗

If you can’t remember the last time yours was changed, it might be time to take a look!

Small maintenance items can make a big difference in your comfort—and help keep your vehicle running efficiently.

🔧 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK 🔧

Labour Day Long Weekend is just around the corner! 🇨🇦

Planning to hit the road for one last summer getaway? Before you load up the family and head out, take a minute to check your oil level and make sure your vehicle is up to date on its oil change.

A little preventative maintenance before a long drive can help keep your engine running smoothly and, more importantly, help prevent an unwanted roadside surprise. 🚗💨

If your oil change is coming due, don’t wait until the last minute! Book in with Luke’s Auto and get it taken care of before you hit the highway.

At Luke’s Auto, we believe an oil change should be about more than draining the old oil and putting in new.

When you bring your vehicle in, Luke takes the time to give it a good once-over—checking important things like fluid levels, looking for anything that may need attention, and topping up fluids when needed.

Because sometimes the little things can catch a problem before it becomes a big one. 👀

🛢️ Oil & filter change
🔍 Vehicle check-over
💧 Fluid level check & top-up
🔧 A little extra attention that makes a difference

You’re not just paying for an oil change. You’re getting someone who actually takes the time to look after your vehicle.
