Every custom seat begins long before the stitching.

What you’re seeing here is the patterning stage — one of the most important steps in building a proper motorcycle seat. The foam is wrapped, the contours are mapped, and the design lines are drawn directly onto the surface. Each pin holds the pattern in place while the shapes are refined to follow the natural curves of the seat.

This particular seat is being built for a Harley-Davidson, and like every custom piece that leaves the shop, it starts with careful planning before a single stitch is sewn.
