🎉 Celebrating 50 Years of Dedication!

This week, the Dow Honda team gathered to celebrate the retirement of Hua Lew Ling (Leo) after an incredible 50-year career as a licensed automotive technician.

Having spent nearly his entire career with the Mierins organization, Leo witnessed the growth of our dealership through three generations of family leadership while building lasting relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Surrounded by current and former teammates, Leo reflected on the family atmosphere that made Dow Honda his home for five decades. The celebration was made even more special with the attendance of 90-years-young John Mierins, who personally thanked Leo for his years of dedication and service.

Thank you, Leo, for your loyalty, professionalism, and the lasting impact you've made on our team and community. We wish you a happy and well-deserved retirement! 👏🚗
