My boss says she has too many files on her desk to close… I said there’s no such thing. All three of our offices are running at full throttle right now. These two cruisers are off to new homes and we have two very cool fishing boats taking their places. The cycle continues….

A couple noteworthy points here. 1) I don’t think my assistant expected me to arrive this early. At least his shirt was on! 2) I can’t blame him look at how comfy that bow area is on our 350 Sundancer. The August Doldrums will be here soon and that is a notorious calm cruising month. Do you think you could nap here on your way to Desolation Sound! Yes!

The last of Spring was officially the busiest day of the year. And everything went as planned. Deals closing, new ones for next month and showings… Soooo many showings today. June has added up to over a million bucks in sales and that means there a lot of new owners on super cool boats out there. Summer starts tomorrow and I am ready for bed tonight.

If you buy this 420 Sundancer for $279,000.00 You will have this much fun as well. Swimming, fishing and cruising what a perfect day. I think every owner should let their broker take the boat out for “work” purposes only.
