🔥 📢IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE — FIRE BAN IN EFFECT 🔥📢

To all our seasonal and transient campers at Renfrew Halifax RV Camping Resort,

We want to make sure everyone is aware that a fire ban is currently in effect for our area. Given the ongoing Mooseland wildfire and evacuation situation nearby, conditions remain extremely dry and dangerous, and fire safety is our top priority right now.

Please note:
🚫 NO open fires, campfires, or fire pits of any kind are permitted on site until further notice.

👀 We will be strictly enforcing the fire ban across the entire resort. Non-compliance may result in removal from the property.

We understand campfires are part of the experience, but the safety of our campers, staff, and surrounding community comes first. The situation in Mooseland is a serious reminder of how quickly things can change.

If you see any fire hazards, unauthorized fires, smoke, or have any safety concerns, please report them to us immediately — don't wait. You can reach us by commenting under this post, sending a DM over Facebook or if it’s an emergency please call 911.

What an incredible day! We had an amazing turnout, so many smiling faces, and a wonderful sense of community all around the campground.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated to our food drive. Your generosity will help make a real difference for families in our community, and we couldn’t be more grateful for your support. ❤️

🍪 What a sweet afternoon at Renfrew Halifax RV Camping Resort! 🍪

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Cookie Decorating Event today! We had an incredible turnout, and it was so much fun seeing all the creative (and delicious!) cookie creations from kids and adults alike.

Seeing our campground community come together to laugh, decorate, and make memories is what it’s all about. 💙

🎄✨ Christmas in July is THIS Saturday! ✨🎄

Join us Saturday, July 11 at Renfrew Halifax RV Camping Resort for an evening of holiday fun, summer memories, and giving back to our community!

🎅 Santa makes his special visit at 6:00 PM, so be sure to bring the kids (and your cameras!) to say hello and snap some festive photos.

⏰ Deadline to drop off wrapped gifts to the office is 3pm. Please write your child’s name and lot # on the gift. Remember, Santa is on vacation so he needs a little help from his campground elves!

❤️ In the true spirit of Christmas, we’ll also be hosting a Food Drive in support of our local food bank. If you’re able, please bring along a non-perishable food item to help local families in need. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference.

Gather the whole family, wear your favourite Christmas gear, and celebrate Christmas campground style with friends, neighbours, and fellow campers.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎄🎅❤️

We are overwhelmed with gratitude and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing people who made this weekend truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to Patty, Stacy, Kim, Norman, Raymond, Todd and everyone else who rolled up their sleeves to help with tent setup, BBQ and cleanup — your dedication does not go unnoticed.

A very special thank you to Randy and his brother Blair, whose incredible band kept over 150 seasonal and transient guests entertained and dancing all Saturday night — you were absolutely amazing! 🎸 let’s not forget Alan on the drums 🥁🥁🥁🥁

To Brenda — thank you for coming out to help with the pool even when you weren’t feeling your best. That means everything to us. 💙
