Our History
Arthur & Pat Harris have owned and operated driver training centers throughout British Columbia since 1975. They have always offered the best driver training programs available on the market, and previously operated as a franchisee of the premier branded driver training company across Canada – until they discovered the DriveWise training program, and they haven’t looked back! Winning many awards over the last 39 years in business, you can rest assured that DriveWise will provide the highest quality driver training that you expect. OLYMPIC TRAINING
In January 2010, DriveWise was chosen to train more than 4,000 volunteer drivers for the Olympic Winter Games held in Vancouver, BC – the only driving school in history to be given such an honor! Working hard in Vancouver and Whistler, the DriveWise team spent months ensuring media, athletes and their families were all safe on the roads during the 2010 Winter Games. DriveWise was selected for this contract because of our high quality of driver training, numerous years in the industry, as well as the driving simulators we are able to offer to all of our students. All of this adds up to our ability to properly train drivers so that they are prepared for any situation they may encounter on our BC roads. ICBC APPROVED
The DriveWise driver training programs are ICBC approved ensuring that our students meet the requirements and expectations of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia in order to obtain a valid BC drivers license.
