Did you know that the Whitecourt Trailblazers Snowmobile Club still holds the record for the largest parade of snowmobiles? There were 1,047 vehicles in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada, on 12 February 2015 (11 years ago).

The parade took place as part of the World Snowmobile Invasion.

THANK YOU
Alberta Snowmobile Association

Through the Alberta Trails Act, the ASA is awarded funding from the Alberta Government for trail maintenance, new trail development, snow cats and facilities. All clubs who are a part of the ASA are then able to access a portion of this annual funding! This funding is a crucial part of our club maintenance and we are so unbelievably grateful for this opportunity and support from the ASA.
Our club uses this annual funding towards our annual groomer maintenance, trail maintenance, administration costs, facility repairs and upgrades, signage replacement and so much more. Most of the funding available to us lately has strictly gone towards our groomers and trail mowing and mulching to uphold pristine trails for our members.
The ASA also puts on the annual snowmobile show at the Expo Center; which gives all Alberta snowmobile clubs the platform to promote our clubs to thousands of people who attend!
They also host an annual Awards Banquet where clubs and individuals can nominate and celebrate those who make a difference to snowmobiling in Alberta. Honoring individuals, snowmobile clubs, associations and businesses affiliated with snowmobiling.
Thank-you so much to the ASA for everything you do for the Alberta Snowmobiling Community.

Congratulations Riderz Edson on being awarded with the 2026 Skidoo District Dealer of the year by BRP! Nice work 👏🏻
