Check out this cool book a co-worker gave me recently!

He said he saw it in a second-hand store and instantly thought of me. He know I like cars and I like old things, so this is the perfect combination: 🎁

It's the CAA 'Complete Car Care Manual' from 1982! Inside you have tons of information on how to maintain your vehicle and extends its life. There are some pretty detailed images (remember, it's from 1982!) and even some colour and black & white photographs! 🧰📸

Who else likes this sort of automotive-related collectible from back before we could Google everything in a split second?! 📖📱🥰

Just got back from a trip to Mexico, and had the misfortune of a flat tire with the rental car. Thankfully, flat tires are such a common thing there, you can find convenient 'llanteras' (small streetside tire repair shops) all over the place. 📸🚗

While this gentleman removed the nail and put in a plug (for only 100 pesos, or about $8 Canadian), I got a look at some of the tires he had for sale and realised that in a warm country without snow and ice, you can get away with worn tires more than you can here at home. 😟❄️⛄

Thankfully, with winter on its way, we have our annual Winter Tire Event this coming weekend at all Kenny U-Pull locations. We pull out our largest inventory of winter tires, including:

At Kenny-U-Pull, we’re proud to partner with the LaSalle Fire Service by providing vehicles for their annual auto extrication training!

These vehicles become valuable training tools, giving firefighters the opportunity to work through realistic rescue scenarios, refine their techniques, and prepare for the unexpected. Every exercise helps build the experience and confidence needed when responding to serious collisions.

It’s a great example of how a strong partnership can make a meaningful difference giving vehicles a new purpose while helping our first responders stay ready for the real thing. 💪

Look at what caught my eye in the Kenny U-Pull Montreal yard the other day! I like to think I know alot about older models of cars, but I know almost nothing about this 1993 Subaru Loyale! 😍🏆📸

Subaru is synonymous with 'all-wheel-drive' nowadays, but I don't actually know much about these older models. Do any of you Subaru fans know anything about the Loyale? Was it a reliable vehicle? Was there a sedan version or were they all wagons? Any other stories or thoughts on this rather rare car? 🤔🧐🚗
