The Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services

CAPAS, the Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services, is a one-stop platform for information exchange, marketing and trading in Southwest China. The show covers the three main automotive industry sectors of Parts & Components, Accessories & Tuning as well as Repair & Maintenance. CAPAS is organised by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Automotive Sub-Council (CCPIT-Auto), Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Sichuan Council (CCPIT-Sichuan).

11 ministries jointly released the Implementation Plan for Large-Scale Application of New Energy Heavy-Duty Trucks, setting ambitious 2030 targets:
• 40% new energy HDV pe*******on rate
• 1.6 million new energy HDVs on the road (~20% of total fleet)
• 3,000 charging/swapping stations along highway corridors
• 18% of highway freight volume to be carried by new energy HDVs

🎉 The Major Event: Car Customising Festival🔥
Centered around three key themes: automotive racing, road-trip living, and automotive culture experiences.

🛞 On-site, movie prototype cars made their appearance, along with the interactive Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge, where attendees can experience rally driving on an e-sports simulator.

⚡ In addition, a collection of classic cars and uniquely customized vehicles were showcased together.
