The factory’s core competitiveness lies in flexible multi-model production. The intelligent assembly workshop supports mixed production of 8 vehicle models, paired with AGV logistics and unmanned warehouse systems, realizing 100% automation of all key production links. Over 100 industrial robots operate collaboratively to guarantee stable body assembly yield. Premium coating technology delivers passenger-car-level glossy paint finishes, while high-precision equipment controls bolt torque within ±3% tolerance. All core parts including tires, seats and windshields are automatically recognized and fitted via machine vision, with AI visual inspection covering 100% quality monitoring links.
This facility ranks among China’s top-tier intelligent manufacturing bases for new energy commercial vehicles. The 100% automation rate of key processes stands as a solid guarantee for consistent product quality and stable mass production of all new energy commercial MPV models.
