Recently, we have been in contact with many clients who have raised two main concerns when purchasing mobile refrigerated display trailers. These issues with the equipment can significantly impact the daily user experience.
Let me share two critical checks you must do before placing an order, to save you from costly losses later:
1.The display glass
Stay away from single-layer glass. It can’t handle big temperature differences between inside and outside. Once you turn on the cooling, thick fog covers the whole window and customers can’t even see your products. Make sure the trailer comes with double insulated glass with defogging heating function — this small detail makes a world of difference for your showcase.
2.Insulation for deep low temp
If you need a steady -40℃ storage environment, don’t just trust the seller’s words. Models with thin insulation or bad sealing will lose cold fast, especially during long-distance towing or hot outdoor days. Your goods will go bad easily. A solid trailer uses full high-density PU insulation core to lock temperature evenly.
Don’t only compare prices when shopping. These two details decide your long-term operating cost!
