A hard weekend, and an honest one, round 6 of Enduro GP World Championship in France.

The track suited us well, a fast grass field cut up with rocks and logs through the forest. On day one David Herbreteau and Marc Sans spent the whole day battling each other, finishing P26 and P25 with no trouble at all from the bikes.

Day two asked more. David crashed heavily in the extreme test on lap one and damaged the front of his bike, losing a minute he could not win back. Marc kept working with his suspension until it came good, then found the pace to bring his times down on the final lap.

The results are not where we want them, and both riders know it. But David is reading the obstacles with more confidence every time out, and the speed is coming. This one is about the long road, not the shortcut. Time and work will do the rest.

It’s been 7 months since we broke the Guinness World Record for the highest altitude ever reached on an electric motorcycle.

This is the highest volcano on earth, the air holds about half the oxygen you’d breathe at sea level. Your head pounds, every breath comes up short, and near the top it drops past -25°C, cold enough to freeze bare skin in minutes, with winds over 80 km/h. It took Jiri Zak several attempts, and no help from anyone. Eventually he made it, on a stock Stark VARG EX. 6,721 metres up Ojos del Salado 🏔️

What a way to start the season! Michael Hicks swept the opening round of the French Supercross Championship, topping qualifying, winning his heat and leading the final from start to finish for a dominant SX2 win.

Behind him the whole roster brought the pace. Yannis Lopes fought his way to sixth in the SX2 final after a strong ride through the heats, while in SX1 Jorge Zaragoza and Yannis Irsuti both showed front running speed, backing up new suspension updates that were validated all weekend.

One win, four riders moving forward, and real momentum heading into the rest of the tour.
