Our team offers historic aircraft maintenance, construction and restoration. Installed since 2024 at the Tours-Sorigny aerodrome in premises of 1300m2, the team can take charge of the restoration and complete reconstruction of any aircraft. The sheetmetal work, wood work, covering and painting work is carried out by a passionate and experienced team. The restorations carried out by the team are distinguished by their very high historical and heritage standard: after an in-depth historical study, the work is carried out with the strictest respect for the materials and working methods of the time. Early Aviators can also support the construction of flying replicas, particularly for cinema. Finally, Early Aviators can also host your aircraft and make it available at any time for you to enjoy. Early Aviators offre des services de vente, d’entretien, de restauration et de reconstruction d’aéronefs historiques. Installé depuis 2024 sur l’aérodrome de Tours-Sorigny dans des locaux de 1300m2, l’équipe peut prendre en charge la restauration et la reconstruction complète de tout aéronef. Les travaux de chaudronnerie, menuiserie, d’entoilage et de peinture sont réalisés par une équipe passionnée et expérimentée. Les restaurations effectuées par l’équipe se distinguent par leur très haut standard historique et patrimonial : après une étude historique poussée, les travaux sont réalisés dans le plus strict respect des matériaux et méthodes de travail de l’époque. Early Aviators peut également prendre en charge la construction de répliques volantes, notamment pour le cinéma. Enfin, Early Aviators peut également héberger votre appareil et le rendre disponible à tout moment pour vous permettre d’en profiter. **NEW LERHÔNE 9C ENGINE PISTONS **

We are pleased to announce that we have decided to launch the manufacture of new aluminium pistons, pins and rings for the Le Rhône 9C rotary engine.

This project aims to make these essential components available to owners, restorers and enthusiasts dedicated to preserving these historic engines and keeping them running.

First engine run : December 2027.

Availability is expected in early 2027.

Pricing : 5850€ for a full set (aluminium pistons, pin, rings).

We look forward to contributing to the preservation of this remarkable piece of aviation history.

Deux réservoirs de 168 litres chacun, du constructeur Chausson, sont en cours de fabrication à l’atelier. Entièrement en cuivre de 0,7mm d’épaisseur.

Plus de 5 heures d’autonomie !

Plus de 4000 de ces réservoirs ont été construits à l’époque.

Two tanks, each with a capacity of 168 liters, manufactured by Chausson, are currently being built in the workshop. They are made entirely of 0.7mm-thick copper (0.0276").

More than 4000 of these tanks were built during WW1.

THE LEON BIANCOTTO AEROBATICS DIPLOMA

This Diploma was established in February 1993 on a proposal by the FAI Aerobatics Commission. Widely regarded as one of the finest aerobatic pilots of all times, Leon Biancotto was a member of the French aerobatic team. He lost his life practising for the first FAI World Aerobatic Championships in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia in 1960. Biancotto won the famous Lockheed Aerobatic Trophy in England on three of the six occasions it was held. In 1965, a competition known as the Biancotto Trophy was started which eventually developed into the European Aerobatic Championships. The Diploma may be awarded on the recommendation of the FAI Aerobatics Commission to individuals or organisations that have contributed significantly to the sport of aerobatics.
