We are looking for a full time control room operator to join our team.

This role consists of Mon - fri 9-5:30 with compulsory on calls some nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls from customers, breakdown organisations, and commercial clients.
* Dispatching recovery operators efficiently using our fleet management systems.
* Monitoring jobs from allocation through to completion.
* Maintaining clear communication with drivers and customers throughout the recovery process.
* Recording accurate job details and updating internal systems.
* Prioritising urgent and emergency situations effectively.
* Delivering excellent customer service under pressure.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a transport, logistics, recovery, or dispatch environment is desirable.
* Strong communication and telephone skills.
* Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Competent IT skills and experience using scheduling or dispatch systems.
* Flexible approach to working shifts.

There will be opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate.
