2001 Evo 7

This Mitsubishi Evo 7 came in with a black underseal that had been on the car for at least 7 years to the owners knowledge, and to be fair it’s done a good job 👍

Owner was keen to have it all removed, to see what really lies beneath!

After removing it all with the ice blaster, there were some areas that did require some attention as expected with the age of the car, this was treated with a rust converter, then a rust encapsulator and a black epoxy paint to finish.

This car is garaged during the winter months, so a thinner clear underseal was applied so it’s easier for the customer to keep an eye on the condition of the cars underbody.

Thanks for choosing Arctic Auto!

2019 Volvo V90 Cross Country

Customer does a good job at keeping his car clean, and wanted the underside to match!

Under trays and arch liners were removed, then full underside and arches were ice blasted, some rust treatment was required on the front and rear subframes, then a black underseal applied to them and a clear underseal to the rest of the car.

Cheers 👍

It's hard to believe I've now owned my E46 M3 for the best part of nine months. Since buying it last November, we've covered plenty of miles together, from a snow-covered adventure across the Alps to rather less glamorous exercises around Shropshire.

Had this awesome little Clio Williams 3 in the workshop over the past few days.

The car had been stored in a shed for +15 years and its new owner was keen to have the underside freshened up and undersealed to protect it for many years to come!

The subframes, arch liner mount holes, and a couple of other areas were just starting to show some light surface corrosion, these areas were treated with a rust converter, a rust encapsulator and topped off with a black chassis paint.

To maintain the original look of the underside, the customer decided to go with a clear underseal, which was a good choice.

Nice car, nice owners cheers!
