This vehicle had previously been repaired, but after a visit to the main dealer for a recall, the AdBlue system was reactivated causing warning lights and countdown messages to return.

Another vehicle today proving that correct Diagnostics is important when repairing your vehicles!

This customer unfortunately has had this caliper replaced 2x by another garage 😬 £200 a time!!

The sad truth is it didn't even need a caliper to start with! Diagnostics showed us on first scan that there was a short to positive or ground.

We quickly dived into the wiring loom leading up to the caliper and within minutes found the 2 broken wires causing the issues. Repaired and tested and all working again 🥳 for a fraction of the cost!

Customer complained about lack of power and hesitation when accelerating, having been to other garages and a bunch of sensors already changed with no improvement!

We took on the challenge of getting to the bottom of it!

Our initial Diagnostics showed only 1 fault code for a intake system leak! So we pulled out the smoke and pressure testing machine and sure enough after a few seconds we started to see where all the issues where coming from! A melted intake manifold 😱 check the comments for photos!

New intake manifold and the car had all its power back and no hesitation anymore 🥳
